Treatment #1

Promotes early spring green-up and pre-emergent for crabgrass control is applied. We’ll treat and control weeds if present.

Treatment #2

This application is an advanced weed control that blankets the entire lawn. The second application also continues to attack crabgrass while fertilizing the lawn for a thicker density and richer green color.

Treatment #3

Prepares your lawn for summer stress while controlling surface feeding insects. This application will help protect against brown spots. We will also spot weed control.

Treatment #4

Our late summer application is design to maintain color without pushing growth. We’ll treat and control weeds if present.

Treatment #5

The purpose of the Early Fall application is to facilitate recovery and begin to prepare the lawn for the harsh winter months. We will also spot control any weeds if present.

Treatment #6

The Late Fall/Winter application is to promote root growth and food storage so that your lawn may survive the harsh winter months.

Grub Control

This treatment will control the grass root feeding larva of the Japanese beetle and other white grubs. We will be applying this at the same time as step two or three.

Lime

This service helps keep the acidity level in the soil in check which makes for a better growing environment for desirable grass plants. This treatment will be applied in the fall.

Aeration

Hard, Compacted soil and thatch take away from your lawn’s ability to breath. They keep water and fertilizer away from the roots too. Let us open up your soil and help control thatch with power core aeration. We’ll create thousands of growth pockets to catch water, air, and fertilizer to increase rooting.

Overseeding

If the appearance of your lawn is unacceptable, then an introduction of overseeding from Aspen Companies will help transition your lawn back to a healthy green turf. The overseeding service involves slicing grass seed into an existing turf area which places the seed in direct contact with the soil for optimum seed germination.
